सर्वगुह्यतमं भूयः शृणु मे परमं वचः | इष्टोऽसि मे दृढमिति ततो वक्ष्यामि ते हितम् ||१८-६४||

sarvaguhyatamaṃ bhūyaḥ śṛṇu me paramaṃ vacaḥ . iṣṭo.asi me dṛḍhamiti tato vakṣyāmi te hitam ||18-64||
Hindi Meaning
।।18.64।। पुन: एक बार तुम मुझसे समस्त गुह्यों में गुह्यतम परम वचन (उपदेश) को सुनो। तुम मुझे अतिशय प्रिय हो, इसलिए मैं तुम्हें तुम्हारे हित की बात कहूंगा।।
English Meaning
Because you are My very dear friend, I am speaking to you My supreme instruction, the most confidential knowledge of all. Hear this from Me, for it is for your benefit.
Commentary
The Lord has given Arjuna knowledge that is confidential (knowledge of Brahman) and still more confidential (knowledge of the Supersoul within everyone’s heart), and now He is giving the most confidential part of knowledge: just surrender unto the Supreme Personality of Godhead. At the end of the Ninth Chapter He has said, man-manāḥ: “Just always think of Me.” The same instruction is repeated here to stress the essence of the teachings of Bhagavad-gītā . This essence is not understood by a common man, but by one who is actually very dear to Kṛṣṇa, a pure devotee of Kṛṣṇa. This is the most important instruction in all Vedic literature. What Kṛṣṇa is saying in this connection is the most essential part of knowledge, and it should be carried out not only by Arjuna but by all living entities.

Bhagwan ne Arjuna ko jo gyaan diya hai, wo bahut hi gehra hai. Pehle unhone Brahman ka rahasya samjhaya, phir sabhi ke dil mein jo Supersoul hai, uska bhi gyaan diya. Aur ab, sabse gehra gyaan de rahe hain: bas Supreme Personality of Godhead ko samarpan kar do. Ninth Chapter ke end mein unhone kaha tha, man-manāḥ: “Hamesha mujh par dhyaan do.” Yehi baat yahan bhi dohraayi ja rahi hai, kyunki Bhagavad-gītā ki teachings ka yahi mool mantra hai. Ye gyaan aam aadmi ko samajh nahi aata, lekin jo Kṛṣṇa ke liye sach mein pyaare hote hain, wo isse samajh sakte hain, jaise ki pure bhakt. Ye sab Vedic literature ka sabse zaroori updesh hai. Kṛṣṇa jo keh rahe hain, wo gyaan ka sabse mahatvapurn hissa hai, aur isse sirf Arjuna hi nahi, balki sabhi jeevon ko apnaana chahiye.

सम्भवत जब भगवान् ने यह देखा कि अर्जुन अभी तक कुछ निश्चित निर्णय नहीं ले पा रहा है तब स्नेहवश वे पुन अपने उपदेश के मुख्य सिद्धांत को दोहराने का वचन देते हैं। इस पुनरुक्ति का प्रमुख कारण केवल मित्रप्रेम और अर्जुन के हित की कामना ही है।वह गुह्यतम उपदेश क्या है
